Ban Lim Pa

Ban Lim Pa translates as the "The Cliff House". This villa is located just outside Fisherman's Village Bophut. Its setting offers stunning views over the neighbouring islands of Koh Phangan and Koh Som.

Ban Lim Pa is made of two twin villas that are independent and equally fitted with facilities, amenities and services. The villa has modern furnishings that give you a welcoming ambience. You can relax either on the upper open-air lounge terrace, the TV room or just around the swimming pool.

Entering the villa you will find yourself in an area with a magnificent view over the surrounding area. There is a large double lounging chair a bar counter and a beautiful pond. This area is enclosed by a 1 meter high glass wall.

The pool area is a black tiled triple-sided infinity edge pool. On the left side you will find 2 bedrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs: both designed with a romantic oval shaped Terrazzo bath tub and a separate shower. The en-suite bathrooms are decorated with black and creme colored nature stone tiles. Each bedroom has its own private balcony.

Right from the lower bedroom you will find the spacious living and dining area. The perfect place for a romantic dinner or get together, this room offers modern lounge sofas and chairs, a large dining table to enjoy dinner and drinks until late in the night and direct access to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a variety of cusine. The third bedroom features its own private terrace. Downstairs the TV room features a large 44" TV, home theatre, DVD player and satellite channels offering you your very own private cinema. All bedrooms are provided with individually controlled airconditioning, TV and DVD player. The master bedroom is completed with a private safe.

In the hills of Bophut area, northern coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes drive from the airport and to Chaweng.
